2. Scope of services. We provide design, construction, renovation, landscaping, MEP and related services within the UAE. Quotations issued through this site are indicative; binding scope and price are confirmed only in a signed written agreement after a site visit.

3. Use of this site. You agree to use this website lawfully and to provide accurate information when submitting a quote request, calculator estimate or contact form. Submitting a form constitutes your consent for us to contact you in response.

4. Estimator disclaimer. Any cost estimator on this site returns indicative ranges based on historical pricing. It is not a binding quotation. Final pricing is provided in a written scope after an on-site assessment.

5. Intellectual property. All photographs, text, designs and marks on this site are owned by or licensed to The Floor Guys Technical Services and may not be reproduced, redistributed or modified without prior written permission.
